I’m Stuart Colvin, a full-time, award-winning Realtor with over 15 years of experience helping buyers and sellers throughout Halton Hills (Georgetown and Acton), Milton and surrounding areas.
I grew up in Milton and lived there for more than 25 years and today I’m proud to call Georgetown home. My deep connection to the local area, combined with years of experience in the real estate industry, gives my clients valuable insight into the communities and properties they’re considering.
I began my career with Royal LePage, where I received strong foundational training before joining a top RE/MAX team specializing in rural real estate. That experience gave me extensive knowledge of country properties, including wells, septic systems, acreage and the unique challenges that come with rural homes.
Today, I’m proud to be with Coldwell Banker Escarpment Realty, deeply rooted in community with offices in Milton, Georgetown and Acton.
